Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store related matters including recruiting, leading and coaching team members.
- Maintain compliance of the Store’s SOP.
- Formulate the fiscal revenue, expense and profit goals.
- Review of store’s progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement in operations.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial role in fashion retail environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in BM and English).
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and able to lead team members.
- Highly organized, strong background in operations and able to multi-task.
- Willing to temporary work at Bangsar Village branch to undergo on-the-job training before the new branch opening.
